It really comes down to what you want to use it for. In a live setting, it is going to get off time, is difficult to control in a hands free manner, and probably isn't what you want to be using. As far as looping pedals go, the Boss RC-2 Loop Station is the cheapest and most compact one on the market. I don't like it as much as the RC-20, but as far as price goes, the RC-2 has it beat by a long shot. It is so great because 5.30 minutes of repreat time is more than anyone could ask for. It is expensive for its limited functions and yet it seems to be the cheapest unit on the market for what it does.
